Heard a few gobbles at first light and that was it. Bird's not responding to any calls at all. Owl hoot's, crow calls, different turkey calls and nothing! Hope somebody else had better luck!!

I had pretty much the same experience.
Heard some gobbles early, No Response to locator calls or any calling, when they hit the ground - they shut off.
Must be a bit early still!

I made it out Saturday, heard at least 3 gobblers in the woods acroos the field and they were lightin it up, unfortunitly they went to the farm across the street where I was hoping to go but my buddy went fishing, still plenty of time.I even heard some this morning when I went outside to go to work at 6:30
